Job Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer II plays a key role in supporting core manufacturing fundamentals-Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Reduction-through process development and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with operations and cross-functional teams to drive process efficiency, implement lean principles, and support capital investment and product development initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.

Highlights of your role

  • Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production and business processes
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, standard work, and process documentation
  • Deploy lean manufacturing concepts and provide training across the organization
  • Serve as a Process Lead on PPT/IPT and cross-functional projects
  • Analyze data to identify root causes and support effective problem-solving decisions
  • Lead or support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production line constraints
  • Develop and maintain production line layouts, tooling, jigs, and fixtures
  • Provide direction and feedback on project feasibility, risks, and return on investment
  • Investigate quality concerns, determine root causes, and implement preventative actions
  • Ensure quality standards are met and prevent non-conforming product from leaving the facility
