Desired QualificationsRequired Education:- BS in Engineering or related field
Preferred Education:- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
Experience:- Hearing or medical device experience preferred.
- Understanding of LEAN methodologies, the tools and has experience using them.
- 2+ years of experience in a production environment with assembly and leading engineering projects.
Travel:- Limited travel as needed by project. 2-3 weeks annually.
