Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer II develops, reviews and evaluates manufacturing processes, working with the engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure that manufacturing goals are achieved safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
- Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs
- Design manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products
- Determine the manufacturing processes required to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification
- Integrate new products and product refinements into production
- Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation
QualificationsExperience:
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR No experience required in lieu of Masters Degree.Additional Information This position may require access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition of any job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you may need to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
