Manufacturing Engineer I/II

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching

Duration: 12 months, with possibility to extend or convert
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, layouts, and methods to improve efficiency, quality, and production performance.
  • Work with vendors, technicians, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, tooling, and equipment.
  • Analyze workflow, space requirements, equipment layouts, and production efficiency.
  • Establish and validate process and product quality standards and testing methods.
  • Analyze production, labor, and material costs and support production planning.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing manufacturing data and trends.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Maintain manufacturing data and process documentation.
  • Support design and development projects and train technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree minimum in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Manufacturing engineering experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
