Manufacturing Engineer I/II Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months, with possibility to extend or convert
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, layouts, and methods to improve efficiency, quality, and production performance.
- Work with vendors, technicians, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, tooling, and equipment.
- Analyze workflow, space requirements, equipment layouts, and production efficiency.
- Establish and validate process and product quality standards and testing methods.
- Analyze production, labor, and material costs and support production planning.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing manufacturing data and trends.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Maintain manufacturing data and process documentation.
- Support design and development projects and train technicians.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree minimum in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Manufacturing engineering experience preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
