Work Schedule:
Onsite - Buffalo, NY

Our team in Military Aircraft Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer with expertise in Mill-Turn Machining to join our high-performance team. You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Technical Leader and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

As a Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer, you will:
  • Create detailed operation sheets and NC programs to produce high-precision machined parts and sub-assemblies.
  • Define manufacturing sequences, tooling, gauging, and machine requirements to streamline production.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, production, and vendors to resolve issues and enhance manufacturability.
  • Be hands-on in the production environment, assisting with program prove-outs and troubleshooting.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements, tooling upgrades, and design modifications.
  • Assist in estimating costs and timelines for new proposals and tooling development.


To be considered for this role, here's what you'll typically bring with you:
  • A Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with 6+ years, or a High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of Mill-Turn CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software.

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $80,000.00-$120,000.00 Annually
