Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative team within a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced engineering principles and cutting-edge technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing excellence. This position will report to the Operations Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes within an electromechanical, X-ray detection systems.
  • Design and analyze schematics, CAD models, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and other CAD tools.
  • Lead root cause analysis to identify issues in production lines and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Support tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance to enhance assembly line efficiency.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
  • Conduct process engineering tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Provide mechanical knowledge support for assembly line modifications and factory equipment upgrades.
  • Assist in factory experience projects involving vacuum sealing, welding, fabrication, tooling development, and industrial engineering practices.


Requirements for Consideration:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Process Engineering are a plus.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments with expertise in Electromechanical and PCBA components. X-ray detection experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD; familiarity with Schematics and GD&T standards.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial equipment including vision inspection systems and tooling design.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools and methodologies for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Mechanical knowledge of assembly lines, tooling fabrication, and process automation.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies within a manufacturing setting adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments to meet production goals efficiently.
