Full Job Description
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Description This role provides dedicated support for Hydrotest Operations across multiple sites and shifts. The Manufacturing Analyst will help standardize processes, improve coordination, and close critical gaps in compliance, materials management, and project execution. This position is intended to improve throughput, strengthen operational continuity, and reduce risk as Hydrotest expands across additional value streams and locations. This position will also improve schedule control, communication flow, compliance coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This role centralizes responsibilities that are currently fragmented across multiple functions and provides sustained support for Hydrotest planning, reporting, materials continuity, special projects, and leadership backup. This position will work a 4/10 schedule, with every Friday off. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Standardize and manage multi-site, multi-shift schedules to improve planning consistency, reporting accuracy, and resource alignment. - Support information flow across teams and sites to improve communication and scheduling coordination. - Coordinate tracking of calibrated items across all Hydrotest locations to support compliance and accountability. - Provide additional ORI Chair capability. - Improve visibility and follow-through for MWOs, FEOs, and PM activities tied to Hydrotest equipment and fall protection needs. - Support materials tracking across Clearfield, CXVS, and future production areas such as North Plant. - Serve as an informed onsite backup presence to support decision-making and continuity when site leadership is unavailable. - Lead and coordinate Hydrotest special projects, including facility improvements and upgrades. - Drive visual planning, workplace organization, and 5S improvements to strengthen efficiency and operational discipline. - Support supplies ordering, delivery tracking, pack list coordination, and distribution of supplies to work areas. - Other duties as assigned Why you? This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3 Basic Qualifications for a level 2: - BS/BA degree in Business or Technical field and 2 years related experience.12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. - Demonstrated ability to support multi-site, multi-shift operations in a structured and organized environment. - Familiarity with calibrated asset tracking, Maximo, and other NG Internal programs. - Ability to work effectively across teams, sites, and functions in support of Hydrotest Operations. - Ability to travel to different sites as directed by Hydro Operations Manager. Basic Qualifications for a level 3: - BS/BA degree in Business or Technical field and 5 years related experience.12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. - Demonstrated ability to support multi-site, multi-shift operations in a structured and organized environment. - Familiarity with calibrated asset tracking, Maximo, and other NG Internal programs. - Ability to work effectively across teams, sites, and functions in support of Hydrotest Operations. - Ability to travel to different sites as directed by Hydro Operations Manager. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting Hydrotest Operations highly preferred. - Experience coordinating work across multiple locations and shifts. - Experience supporting workplace organization, visual planning, or 5S initiatives. - Experience supporting facility-related improvements and projects. Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
