Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Associates WMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional, technical, and process needs and create solution documentation.
• Author technical documents like design specifications and modification requirements.
• Configure Manhattan WMS applications to meet client business objectives.
• Create and execute test plans to validate system performance and business requirements.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to ensure client teams can adopt solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote support throughout implementation.
• Manage individual tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight.
