Lead and Inspire As Managing Veterinarian, you will: - Provide medical leadership and clinical direction
- Mentor associate veterinarians
- Partner with hospital and regional leadership to drive success
- Help shape medical protocols and team development
- Maintain an active clinical caseload
Compensation & Benefits • Base salary:
$150,000-$175,000 (DOE)• 22-23% production plus leadership incentives

Who We're Looking For - DVM with previous leadership skills is preferred
- DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- ECFVG or PAVE certification (if applicable)
