Full Job Description
We are looking to hire a Managing Partner for the upcoming opening of Aberdeen by Coop de Ville!
This is a brand new space focusing on seafood-forward cuisine including an exceptional oyster bar and a one-of-a-kind cocktail program. We aim to offer a polished atmosphere followed by a lively late night scene, that feels sophisticated, social, and exceptionally unique.

Our ideal candidate:
As managing partner, we'd like to offer a portion of profits and enter into collaboration with the right candidate. You would manage the day to day operations, and work with ownership to guide our hospitality identity.
-Oversee all daily operations of Aberdeen
-Lead and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
-Collaborate with the culinary team to create a unique menu
-Assist with creating the cocktail program in tandem with our Beverage Director
-Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
-Be aware of trends in the industry, special events in the area, and other items to drive sales
-Collaborate with the social media team to drive guest engagement
