Job Summary:

The Managing Director, Transformation is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that advance Trimont's strategic priorities across operations, technology, data, finance, and business functions. This executive will partner with senior leadership to drive execution, optimize performance, lead M&A integration efforts, and deliver measurable business outcomes that support Trimont's continued growth and evolution. The role will play a critical part in shaping operating models, governance frameworks, management reporting capabilities, and value realization across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Manage cross-functional programs spanning operations, finance, technology, data, and business functions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop business cases, performance metrics, ROI tracking, and value realization plans.
  • Design and implement operating models, governance frameworks, and change management strategies.
  • Optimize loan servicing and asset management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Oversee management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision support.
