Job Description

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Managing Director - Technology Product Management to join the Global, Digital, and Cybersecurity team.

The Head of Technology Product Management will build, scale, and lead a new, specialized product management organization. Reporting directly to the CTO, this executive will establish product management discipline across the firm's core business units and the enterprise-wide practice management platforms: Tax, Advisory, Assurance, and Enterprise Platforms.

The successful candidate will assess the team's resources to determine staffing needs and lead a team of dedicated Product Managers for each line of business. This leader ensures that all technology investments, architectures, and AI integrations directly accelerate business growth, streamline compliance, and deliver maximum ROI.

As Head of Technology Product Management, this person is expected to be a hands-on leader and change agent who inspires confidence through execution discipline. You will set a high bar for program delivery and personally step in to lead by example for the most challenging initiatives, demonstrating solution-oriented problem solving and calm control under pressure. You should influence and collaborate effectively at all levels - from guiding project teams day-to-day to steering executive discussions on strategy, priorities, and escalations.

The Head of Technology Product Management must translate complex technical and project details into business insights, manage stakeholder expectations, and rally cross-functional teams around common goals. This leader will promote an inclusive, trusting team environment, celebrate successes, provide constructive feedback, and ensure accountability for results.

YOUR ROLE

The Managing Director _ Technology Product Management's responsibilities are as follows:

  • Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a culture of high performance, continuous learning, data-driven prioritization, and user-centric design within the product team.

Strategic Product Alignment

  • Advisory Platform Innovation: Drive the delivery of data-heavy, client-facing consulting portals, risk assessment tools, and transaction advisory tools.
  • Assurance Modernization: Guide the productization of advanced audit software, secure client portals, and continuous monitoring automated systems.

  • Velocity vs. Governance: Balance rapid solution delivery with strict professional services security regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance standards.
  • Metrics & ROI: Establish product KPIs focused on speed to market, operational efficiency gains, and total cost of ownership.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
