Overview

Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the operations department personnel in their daily duties. Interacts daily with all departments at the Hub to foster better communication and productive relationships
  • Develops procedures and guidelines to effectively disseminate information between various departments
  • Oversees the coordination of station activities with SOC/MOC on cancellations, delays, equipment routing, aircraft moves, etc. Coordinates with Capacity Planning on future schedule changes. Acts as a liaison between Envoy, American Eagle, American Airlines, and the FAA to enhance the hub's operational performance
  • Communicate and coordinate with other airlines for aircraft movement and ramp control oversight
  • Able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in addition to proven leadership and teamwork skills
