Managing Director

Location: Atlanta, GA (Strong Preference for In-Office Presence)
Employment Type: Full-Time Executive Leadership
Reports To: Owner & Managing Partner

Procarian Wealth Advisors is seeking an experienced executive leader to partner directly with the Owner & Managing Partner in shaping and executing the future vision of the firm. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, strategic-minded leader who can help guide the organization through its next phase of growth and evolution.

This role is designed for someone who can operate as a trusted business partner - someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities, challenge ideas, and translate vision into action. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, leadership experience, and the ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

As a growing organization, this individual will wear many hats. They will help establish direction, drive growth initiatives, build organizational structure, strengthen operations, and ensure key priorities move from ideas to measurable results.

This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo. It is an opportunity for a leader who enjoys building, improving, and scaling an organization while making a meaningful impact on the firm's future.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
  • Partner with the Owner & Managing Partner to develop and execute the firm's long-term vision and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner by providing perspective, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Evaluate market trends, business opportunities, and organizational needs to support continued expansion.
  • Help establish goals, priorities, accountability measures, and success metrics across the organization.

Growth & Business Development Leadership
  • Lead initiatives focused on growing the firm's revenue, client base, and overall market presence.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for advisor growth, client acquisition, and business expansion.
  • Support sales-focused initiatives by developing strategies, creating accountability, and helping drive execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen the firm's competitive position.

Execution & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clear timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead projects from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with firm objectives.
  • Identify obstacles, create solutions, and help move initiatives forward.
  • Develop scalable processes and organizational structures that support future growth.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and empower team members while helping create alignment between leadership vision and daily execution.
  • Serve as a leader who inspires confidence, builds trust, and drives results.

Executive Partnership & Practice Leadership
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team and a strategic extension of ownership.
  • Provide leadership continuity and support decision-making when the Owner & Managing Partner is unavailable.
  • Work collaboratively with existing operational leadership while maintaining focus on broader organizational strategy and growth.
  • Help create the structure and leadership foundation necessary to support the firm's continued success.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will become a trusted strategic partner to ownership and a driving force behind the firm's continued growth. They will bring vision, accountability, leadership, and the ability to turn ideas into action.

Success in this role means creating alignment, building momentum, developing people, improving how the organization operates, and helping Procarian Wealth Advisors achieve its next level of growth.

This opportunity is ideal for a leader who enjoys building something meaningful - someone who can balance executive-level strategy with the willingness to roll up their sleeves and help make things happen.
