As a Managing Director, Delivery, you'll sit at the center of our recruiting engine - leading high-performing teams, shaping talent strategy, and driving results that directly impact revenue, gross margin, and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing people, and knows how to turn strong execution into measurable business outcomes.
Reporting to the VP, Delivery, you'll own recruiter performance, talent delivery, and operational excellence. You'll partner closely with Sales and internal teams to build scalable recruiting models, deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, and ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time. What You'll Do:
Delivery Strategy & Profitable Growth- Lead the Delivery function to drive profitable, sustainable growth and support the company's revenue, Gross Margin, Gross Profit, and EBITDA targets.
- Develop and execute effective delivery strategies to improve recruiter productivity, placement results, and overall business performance.
- Partner with Sales and GROW teams to align delivery capabilities with client needs and high-demand specializations.
Recruitment & Delivery Excellence- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and delivery process to ensure clients receive high-quality candidates who meet their needs.
- Guide and coach teams on job intake, sourcing strategies, candidate management, negotiation, placement, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future client hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Leadership & Team Development- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and delivery professionals.
- Hold the team accountable to KPIs, financial targets, and operational objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance, and career development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Operational & Financial Management- Oversee delivery operations, resource allocation, and recruiting capacity to ensure resources are aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, SG&A costs, and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and leverage tools and technology to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, business controls, and candidate audit requirements.
Client Partnership & Business Support- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and support the delivery of exceptional service.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to address complex business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed on staffing industry trends, market developments, and recruiting best practices.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and act as a senior leader and ambassador for S.i. Systems.
Qualifications- 2+ years proven track record of leading and growing a successful recruiting team
- Staffing Industry experience is required
- Experience meeting quotas
- Experience managing budgets or exposure to P&L an asset
- University Degree or College Diploma is an asset

Compensation: The salary for this position will vary based on experience, and qualifications.
The expected annual salary range is $120,000-160,000 + bonus.
