Job Description:- Drive Innovation: Design, lead, and facilitate engaging innovation workshops and strategy sessions with key external clients.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Thrive in high levels of ambiguity, bringing structure, clarity, and strategic direction to complex client challenges.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Coordinate seamlessly across a matrixed environment with both internal client teams and external client stakeholders.
- Prototype Development: Collaborate closely with UI/UX design teams to translate strategic concepts into tangible, user-centric prototypes.
- Technology Alignment: Interact and partner with Technology teams to ensure the feasibility and scalable execution of innovative solutions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with senior client executives, ensuring excellent communication and alignment throughout the engagement.
Required Skills:- Experience: 12+ years of proven experience in consulting, corporate strategy, innovation management, or a related field.
- Consulting DNA: Strong background in management/strategy consulting with a toolkit for problem-solving and workshop facilitation.
- Soft Skills: Highly energetic professional with exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Added Advantage: A strong understanding of the payments and cards industry, including current trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging fintech disruptions. - Direct experience leading design thinking, innovation, or co-creation workshops.
- A structured and repeatable approach to problem framing, insight synthesis, and opportunity development.
- Strong facilitation skills with large, cross-functional stakeholder groups evidenced by being a core requirement in previous roles.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on innovation execution.
Mandatory Skills: Program Management.
Experience: >10 YEARS.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
