Managing Consultant - Digital Assets Strategy & TransformationWhat You Will Do:Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to help banks, fintechs, and financial institutions develop and execute digital asset strategies. The role combines strategic advisory, program leadership, and client relationship management across stablecoins, tokenization, digital payments, custody, and blockchain-enabled financial services.
What You Will Need:- Minimum of 7+ years of experience within a Digital Assets, Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services practice at a leading consulting firm (Big 4 preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Digital asset strategy, market assessment, and business case development
- Go-to-market strategy and operating model design
- Stablecoins, tokenization, digital payments, and custody solutions
- Vendor assessment, partner selection, and rent-vs-build evaluations
- Regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations for digital asset initiatives
- Program management and implementation roadmap development
- Executive stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Advising banks, payments providers, fintechs, or financial infrastructure firms
- Understanding of banking, treasury, payments, or capital markets businesses
Managment Consultant Expectations- Lead client engagements and strategic workstreams
- Develop executive-ready recommendations and implementation plans
- Manage senior client relationships and cross-functional teams
- Support business development, proposal writing, and thought leadership
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth
What Will Be Nice to Have:- Over 10 years of management consulting experience
- Experience delivering strategy and transformation programs in financial services
- Strong understanding of digital asset market trends and ecosystem participants
- Excellent executive communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
The annual salary range for this position is $122,000.00-$204,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
