Responsibilities: Participate in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) activities involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to I.T. operations, business processes, security, and data integrity. Review Workday integrations and business processes. Execute Workday advisory activities, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Advise clients on available Workday system services and best practices within the Workday application. Provide technical support for building, configuring, and architecting Workday Integrations.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience.
Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.
Two (2) years of experience must include: Workday Integrations for HCM; Workday Integrations for Payroll; Workday Integrations for Finance; Workday Studio; Workday Cloud Connect (CC) Integrations; Workday Connectors; Workday EIB; Workday BIRT; and Workday API.
