Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced technical training in earth/environmental sciences or relevant treatment licenses required.
• MA Grade 5C or higher water treatment license; familiarity with MA DEP regulations essential.
• 6-8 years of experience managing water/wastewater systems necessary.
• Strong background in water/wastewater operations with demonstrated management skills.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain prior to employment required.
• Possession of or ability to obtain/maintain DOT medical card; compliance with pre-employment checks required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned water/wastewater projects efficiently and safely.
• Plan and coordinate the scheduling of staff, materials, and equipment for project execution.
• Oversee operations to maintain compliance with contract documents and regulations.
• Identify and address treatment issues, proposing effective solutions as needed.
• Ensure projects meet safety and profitability standards as specified.
• Maintain assigned accounts in optimal working condition.
• Foster a collaborative team environment among operators to achieve project goals.
