We9re currently recruiting for a
Manager, Warehouse & Materials to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading warehouse and material operations at the RTP site, ensuring compliant, efficient, and quality-focused supply chain execution. This role oversees receiving, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics to ensure materials are delivered to the right location at the right time in support of manufacturing operations, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, sampling, storage, inventory control, kitting, and distribution.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and ownership of warehouse management systems and data integrity.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping, including hazardous materials where applicable.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the warehouse and logistics team while driving operational excellence.
- Support investigations, CAPAs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage logistics activities including 3PL partnerships, import/export compliance, and finished goods movement.
- Ensure warehouse safety standards are maintained and support incident investigations and safety audits.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse and distribution team.
- Provide direction on safety, quality, and operational performance.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
We are Looking For:- Bachelor9s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field, preferred.
- 8+ years of warehouse or materials management experience, in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing warehouse or logistics teams.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP).
- Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD preferred.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, 3PL partnerships, and deviation management systems.
