Purpose:

Contribute to the development and implementation of the HCP tactical plan that will achieve the objectives set in the strategic Brand Plan. Develops and executes HCP selling tools and resources to be implemented across multiple channels. Collaborates extensively cross-functionally with Communications, Commercial Insights, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal. This position is highly engaged in the development of strategy with Brand Management and cross functional colleagues by providing/compiling/developing critical information at the request of Brand Management. This position often utilizes and manages external vendors.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Execution lead of HCP selling tools and resources aligned with approved tactical plan. This role will ensure on time delivery of all HCP personal promotion selling tools in alignment with overall Brand Strategy.
  • Lead development and execution of digital resources for sales use and digital promotion.
  • Lead development and execution of print material targeted to HCPs.
  • Drive strong partnerships with agencies to ensure high quality delivery of tactics.
  • Coordinate the tactical plan by developing critical initiative timelines, directing marketing programs, controlling the prioritization of project and process workload.
  • Lead/Administer the development and review of marketing/sales materials (MAP).
  • Develop metrics for HCP promotion campaigns and material utilization.
  • Manage and enhance existing and new HCP marketing tactics and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments (including Communications, Commercial Insights, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal) to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and recommend new stakeholders for development.
  • Will be assigned projects to support the brand that may not fall directly within these responsibilities at times. This will be evaluated on a needs basis as well as for development


Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of US biotech, pharma, or health care experience
  • 3+ years of pharma/agency marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to be a high-level contributor or leader of multiple projects, processes, or functions.
  • Ability to present complex issues to higher level management is a must.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).


Preferred:
  • MBA or other Advanced Degree
  • Expertise in the Women's Health/VMS Market

Salary Range: $122,500 -$175,000 (NOTE: Final salary could be more or less, based on experience)
