ResponsibilitiesUnder the general direction of the Executive Director, Urgent Care, or designee, oversee patient flow and the daily operations for multiple locations (2 or more) urgent care centers with a combined total of 40 or more providers and associated support staff. Position is responsible for daily operations of the assigned urgent care clinics, scheduling, patient satisfaction, budget, revenue, compliance, physical plant, and quality. Must be available to respond to all operational issues, including being onsite as needed, twelve hours per day (8am to 8pm) during the week and eight hours per day (9am to 5pm) on weekends. On call rotation with other department leadership is required. Respond to daily staff callouts for all staff, including providers. Ensure staff are repositioned daily based on location volumes and need.
Qualifications
- High School diploma is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Five years of supervisory/leadership experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
- Certification in Physician Practice Management is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, provide strong customer service and demonstrate leadership skills is preferred.
- Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and previous Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience is preferred.
- EPIC experience is preferred.
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant or LPN is preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification is required if a medical assistant certification is held.
- LPN/MA Preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay RangeUSD $72,384.00 - USD $121,596.80 /Yr.
