Job Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Underwriting, Billing, Procurement) and external partners to onboard partners and advance pilot work
- Analyze pilot performance data and synthesize insights to help inform pilot roadmap direction
- Develop recommendations for scale, pivot, or sunset decisions, and contribute to the development of scaling plans
- Support the innovation portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic alignment, feasibility, and potential impact
- In partnership with the Director, provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to assigned pilots and POCs
- Support pilot planning and execution, including tracking engagement metrics, adoption rates, and operational readiness
- Partner with technology teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, digital platforms) into pilot solutions
- Support workshops, ideation sessions, and co-creation activities to generate actionable concepts
- Deliver validated concepts and learnings to the internal business or market as defined by the pilot scope
Job Specifications- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of experience in innovation, product, strategy, venture incubation, or related domains, or equivalent experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, technology, and operational teams
- Strong analytical and insight-synthesis capabilities
- Solid understanding of experimentation, pilot execution, and innovation delivery models
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to execute effectively in ambiguous environments
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder-management skills
- Comfort working hands-on with data, metrics, and dashboards
- Travel requirements vary based on active project needs; estimated travel is 5-10%.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$75,500.00-$142,700.00
