Direct, manage and evaluate services provided by the Unit and Staffing Coordinators on a 24/7 basis, in a manner that meets continuous quality improvement, supports nursing functions, processes and staffing levels, meets financial requirements, supports patient access, flow and safety, and provides service excellence to patients and families. Collaborate with department leaders to assure standard work where appropriate and engage in effective partnering with leaders to support their needs.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience.

Preferred
Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in health care, business or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing complex schedules.
Compensation Range
$88,786.00 - $133,180.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
