Manager, Trust & Investment Services The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $153,259.00 - $252,877.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations of the department. Assists in product development, enhancements and maintaining relationships with the team members, branches and educational community. Ensures the delivery of superior Member service and products to the Members and team members. 37Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. 37Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances. 37Ensures compliance with state and federal laws as well as any other applicable regulations. 37Provides daily support to staff, including answering questions and problem resolution. 37Provides training and coaching and counseling to team members for the purpose of developing the team and maintaining the credit union's primary focus on Member Service. 37Understands the credit union organizational goals and key performance indicators and takes the necessary actions to achieve desired results. 37Evaluates operating procedures and policies, ensuring the highest levels of Member service, productivity and internal control. 37Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services and ensures that team members are providing consultative services by assessing the Member's needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement. 37Maintains thorough knowledge of retirement products including but not limited to, all IRA products, 457(b), 403(b), State Teachers Retirement and Public Employees Retirement System. Maintains NASD Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 licenses and California Department of Insurance Licenses. 37Maintains relationships with all third party contracted and partners included but not limited to insurance general agency and the broker/dealer. 37Replies to Members via written correspondence; responds to Member comments or suggestions; Assists Members in person and over the phone. Oversees the compliance of NASD requirements; handles the complex and non-routine inquiries by the branches/departments and Members. 37Responsible for personal production determined by the VP. 37Provides guidance and coaching to financial consultants. Analyzes and makes recommendations as to any changes, updates in NASD regulations, forms, methods and systems and directs the implementation. Establishes and implements plans that have short-term (1-2 year) impact on business results in alignment with organization objectives. 37Evaluates operating procedures and policies, ensuring the highest levels of Member service, productivity and internal control. 37Initiates, researches, coordinates and implements department or division projects intended to benefit Members, internal teammembers or department operations. 37Ensures compliance with state and federal laws as well as any other applicable regulations. 37Understands the Credit Union organizational goals and key performance indicators and takes the necessary actions to achieve desired results. 37Performs other duties as assigned 37Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
