Job Duties- Develop and implement telecommunications strategies for multi-site healthcare system within complex telecommunication environment.
- Manage VoIP and Digital PBX infrastructure and ensure high availability.
- Coordinate with telecom carriers and third-party vendors for service delivery.
- Lead budgeting and procurement for telecom projects.
- Manage a large team of professionals at both the technician and analyst levels.
Minimum Qualifications- in a related field
- and 7 years preferred work experience.
- 7 years related work experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in VoIP and PBX systems.
- Vendor Management and contract negotiation skills.
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
