Pay Rate: $213,075.00 per Year This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Duties: Identify technology enablers to extend and transform client business ecosystem; Conduct discovery sessions with client to help them understand current challenges and accept future ready solutions; Provide solutions that are competitive, easy to develop, cost effective and scalable; Address entire SDLC including architecture, provisioning, estimation, planning and leading end to end implementations; Manage stakeholders primarily client, team, interfacing teams; Extend core engineering culture through creation of accelerators, POVs, seminars, tech sessions; Build boiler plate code, solution templates, and accelerators to enable faster delivery and predictable quality solutions; and Analyze and optimize system performance of Java, Spring Boot applications by addressing latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Will work from Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated client sites and Sapient offices nationally; Telecommuting available on a hybrid basis at company discretion

ResponsibilitiesRequirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field followed by 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Experience must include 10 years of experience in each of the following:
- Use Microservices, Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, REST API to create customized enterprise grade production ready platforms
- Design, develop, and document RESTful APIs with Spring Boot, Java, and Swagger
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient microservices architectures using Spring Boot and cloud.
- Implement using cloud platforms, including AWS, to deploy and manage Java, Spring Boot, Microservices based applications and to ensure robust performance, scalability, and fault tolerance of systems.
- Leverage Docker to containerize applications and Kubernetes to orchestrate containers to enable automated deployment, scaling, and management for resilient and scalable solutions.
- Using OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices, implement and maintain security protocols for Spring Boot to protect sensitive data and meet compliance requirements.
- Configure Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by using Jenkins for automated testing, building, and deployment of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices applications.
- Create data mappings for persistence layer using ORM tools including JPA
- Utilize database technologies in SQL database and NoSQL databases
