Title: Manager, Technology - Business Analysis

The Manager, Technology - Business Analysis leads the Business Analysis practice while actively contributing as a senior practitioner, ensuring both service excellence and strong delivery outcomes. This role is accountable for the effective day-to-day operation of the BA function, including resource allocation, team development, and resolving escalations, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. At the same time, the Manager acts as a Senior Business Analyst, analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable solutions, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technology to drive strategic outcomes.
With a deep understanding of business processes, systems, and technical capabilities, the Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement effective solutions across projects of varying complexity. They guide and execute business and systems analysis activities, integrating business processes, rules, and data with technology to meet organizational requirements, while continuously strengthening governance, standards, and practices within the BA discipline.

In this role, you will:

What we are looking for:

  • Qualifications include a minimum of 4-7 years experience and a 3-year college diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA certification or equivalent certification is required.
  • Supervisory or management experience with leadership and team management skills and the ability to manage performance, resolve conflicts and engage employees.
  • Proficiency in technology software, tools, and platforms, such as networking technologies, operating systems, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of the appropriate frameworks and best practices relevant to their area, i.e., business systems analysis, software quality assurance, IT service management, as applicable
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, telecommunications, and security principles.
  • Ability to identify complex problems, analyze interrelated factors, assess and mitigate risks, and develop solutions using specialized skills.
  • Communication and influencing skills to synthesize diverse and sometimes conflicting perspectives and find mutually beneficial solutions, often in sensitive or complex situations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
