Manager, TDRM Associate Experience
Responsibilities:
Co-lead and execute key activities and processes that support our team and associates such as recognition and associate engagement programs
Help drive communications strategy; coordinate with Corporate Communications to oversee the communications calendar; maintain a critical eye to timing, overlap, appropriateness, and coordination
Co-lead our internal engagement team to develop content and activities that support our associate engagement strategy, such as pop-up events, and celebrating associate moments that matter
Draft decks, communications, newsletters, and other campaign related messaging, often partnering closely with Corporate Communications
You’ll need to wear many hats including:
Project Leader: You’re detail- and process-oriented and adeptly manage several projects and initiatives at once with supportive direction. You have relentlessly high standards and attention to the smallest details with the ability to adapt to change quickly.

Team player: You are highly motivated and willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, even in situations where the work is outside of the scope of your respective role.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
At least 2 years of experience supporting executive leaders
At least 2 years of experience in a chief of staff role
At least 2 years of change management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional certification
5+ years of experience in Project Management
5+ years of experience supporting executive leaders
5+ years of experience in a chief of staff role
5+ years of change management experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Project ManagementRichmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
