Job DescriptionOverview:
As part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization, the Manager, Talent Acquisition (Value Added Services) will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, HR partners, and TA stakeholders, while also leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting outcomes. This role requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to design new talent processes that improve speed, consistency, visibility, and internal talent utilization across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and manage a Talent Acquisition team supporting non-technical hiring priorities, with a focus on internal mobility, early career conversion, and business-aligned recruiting delivery.
- Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and TA leadership to align internal hiring strategies with workforce planning priorities and organizational capability needs.
- Establish consistent operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and success metrics to track internal mobility pipelines, conversion progress, recruiter capacity, hiring velocity, and business adoption.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to recruiters and/or recruiting managers, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and development within a hybrid or remote team environment.
- Drive increased discipline in how artificial intelligence is evaluated, adopted, and applied within Talent Acquisition processes, including recruiter productivity, sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, workflow automation, and hiring insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes through responsible use of AI, data, automation, and scalable tools while ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance expectations, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by providing market insights, internal talent trends, pipeline analysis, and recommendations that support high-quality hiring decisions.
- Develop change management plans and communication strategies to support adoption of new internal recruiting models, conversion processes, and AI-enabled TA practices.
- Partner across TA Centers of Excellence, including Sourcing, Operations, Coordination, Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, and Talent Management, to deliver integrated hiring solutions.
- Use recruiting data, dashboards, and business reviews to identify risks, address gaps, recommend process improvements, and communicate progress to TA and business leadership.
- Lead special projects related to internal mobility, recruiting transformation, TA operations, AI readiness, talent analytics, and process standardization.
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong execution, stakeholder follow-through, and team engagement.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid and/or remote work environment while supporting a geographically distributed team and stakeholder group.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR, workforce planning, or related people functions, with experience leading recruiting teams, programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruiters, recruiting managers, or cross-functional project teams in a hybrid, remote, or geographically distributed environment.
- Strong understanding of internal mobility, talent movement, succession pipelines, early career programs, or rotational program conversion processes.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design hiring strategies that support workforce planning, organizational priorities, and talent development goals.
- Proven ability to build new recruiting programs, operating models, governance processes, or scalable talent solutions from concept through execution.
- Experience using recruiting metrics, talent analytics, dashboards, ATS data, CRM data, or workforce insights to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
Information for US ApplicantsFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $114,300.00 to $ 183,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
