The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver top talent in alignment with business priorities. This role serves as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, driving recruiting performance, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring consistent execution.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to elevate team capability, drive measurable hiring outcomes, and build trusted stakeholder relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical enabler of business growth.

Salary: $85,000/year + company issued vehicle

Location: Remote (hybrid with specific location support - as needed)

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, establishing clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability measures
  • Drive a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement, ensuring consistent execution across all markets
  • Conduct regular performance discussions, calibrations, and coaching to elevate recruiter capability and productivity
  • Allocate resources and requisition loads strategically to ensure team effectiveness and balanced workloads


Drive Recruiting Performance & Accountability
  • Own delivery of key hiring outcomes, quality of hire, funnel health, and Talent Acquisition Partner productivity
  • Establish and manage KPIs, using data to inspect performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective action
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring progress to ensure the team consistently meets target hiring timelines


Serve as a Strategic Partner to the Business
  • Partner with Workforce Planning, Hiring Managers, Zone leadership, VPs, and HR Business Partners to align recruiting strategies with business goals
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions, ensuring proactive preparation for current and future hiring needs
  • Influence hiring decisions by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a valued advisor


Drive Scalable Recruiting Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of recruiting strategies designed to deliver talent at scale
  • Implement proactive sourcing strategies that expand access to talent beyond traditional channels
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor practices, and labor dynamics to continuously refine strategy


Elevate Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality experience for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Establish feedback loops to identify pain points and improve service delivery across the recruiting lifecycle
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition Partners are providing clear communication, strong partnership, and consultative support to the business


Ensure Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Oversee adherence to recruiting processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor requisition activity, data integrity, and process consistency across the team


What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven record of delivering results
  • 3+ years of experience leading, developing, and managing recruiting teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance through metrics, accountability, and coaching
  • Strong track record of influencing stakeholders and partnering with business leaders
  • Experience developing and executing scalable recruiting strategies across multiple markets
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
