Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager for our Paramed division plays a critical leadership role in driving high-volume hiring across multiple districts. This position oversees a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment targets are met while maintaining a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
The Manager partners closely with district leadership, leverages Workday for data-driven decision-making, and provides regular reporting and presentations to senior leaders.

This role will require flexibility to travel to districts and our head office in Markham Ontario as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team responsible for high-volume recruitment across assigned districts.
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring hiring targets, service levels, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Utilize Workday to manage recruitment workflows, monitor pipeline activity, and ensure data accuracy.
- Build and deliver regular reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for district leadership and the Director of TA.
- Partner with district leaders to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring demands, and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Identify operational gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiter productivity.
- Drive accountability within the team through performance management, coaching, and clear goal setting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, employment legislation, and recruitment best practices.
- Represent the TA function in cross-functional meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on data and market trends.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance team culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including proven experience leading a recruitment team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong people-leadership skills with demonstrated success coaching and developing recruitment teams.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or another enterprise ATS, with strong comfort navigating and analyzing data.
- Proven ability to create and deliver clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience partnering across multiple districts or regions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and change-management capabilities.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or similarly regulated industries is an asset.
