Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sales

We have an opportunity for a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sales to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Americas (Remote US), reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop a team of sales recruiters while personally carrying a small requisition load, serving as both a strategic talent leader and a hands-on recruiting practitioner. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, hiring managers, HRBPs, and finance, you will drive the talent strategy that fuels our Americas go-to-market engine, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire the high-caliber sales professionals who power our growth.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales recruiters supporting the Americas region, including Enterprise, Commercial, Channel, Federal, and Professional Services sales functions
  • Carry a small personal requisition load, staying connected to the candidate market and modeling best-in-class recruiting execution for the team
  • Partner with Americas sales leadership to understand headcount plans, forecast hiring demand, and align recruiting strategies with business priorities
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies that attract top sales talent across the Americas, leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, events, and market intelligence
  • Drive accountability for key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction goals
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and calibration sessions with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview standards
  • Champion the use of structured interviewing, AI-driven screening tools, and data-backed hiring decisions to continuously elevate recruiting quality
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Infoblox hiring process including intake meetings, candidate assessments (e.g., AuctusIQ for sales), reference checks, and offer management
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations on requisition management, ATS hygiene, reporting, and compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance the candidate experience
  • Serve as a talent advisor to sales leaders, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarking to inform hiring decisions
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture that embodies the Infoblox values
  • Serve as a strategic thought leader to help shape the future of the TA organization


Be Prepared - What You Bring

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a strong foundation in sales recruiting (SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading a team of recruiters, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire high performers
  • Proven track record of personally closing senior-level and hard-to-fill sales roles
  • Deep knowledge of sales organizational structures, compensation models (base + variable), and what drives top sales talent
  • Experience partnering with VP and C-level sales leaders to translate business strategy into talent acquisition plans
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and dashboards to drive decisions and tell a compelling story
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to influence, negotiate, and build trust at all levels
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a passion for leveraging technology to improve hiring outcomes
  • BA/BS degree required

Six Months:

  • Own the Americas sales recruiting rhythm, running effective pipeline reviews, calibration sessions, and team meetings
  • Deliver measurable improvements in time-to-fill and pipeline quality
  • Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to sales leaders and begin personally closing requisitions at a high standard that sets the bar for the team


One Year:

  • Drive a fully optimized Americas sales recruiting operation with consistent, predictable results
  • Develop and retain a high-performing team
  • Contribute strategic recommendations on workforce planning, talent market trends, and process innovation that elevate the broader TA function
