Job Description

The Recruiting Manager implements and manages strategic recruitment and employment programs. The Recruiting Manager will lead staffing initiatives, recruiting procedures, processes and programs. The Recruiting Manager works from requisitions, policy and instructions to ensure enough numbers of qualified applicants are available to staff company operations. Maintains records and prepares and submits required reports regarding employment related activities, applicants and applicant flow.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Lead talent acquisition strategies, program management, process, tools, and systems which include the broad categories of executive, exempt, and non-exempt in developing competencies to source and attract top talent.


  • Collaborate with Corporate Recruiting Teams and internal partners on production goals on both non-exempt and exempt positions.


  • Build strong relationships with the client teams and hiring leaders to ensure smooth hiring process.


  • Ensure the staffing process allows for a positive candidate experience as well as appropriate legal and compliant employment practices.


  • Proactively identify and address areas of improvement by developing and implementing effective changes to employment strategies, policies, and processes.


  • Partner with other areas HR, Compensation, etc., when needed to support overall staffing initiatives such as new job evaluations, job market studies etc.


  • Manage large scale staffing initiatives and serve as a point of contact for HR client partners to share best-practice transition details and reporting throughout the project.


  • Lead special projects as assigned by the Director, TA or other executives as requested.


  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter for building key projects to target passive top talent to bring aboard Acosta Group.


  • Direct source on all active roles.
  • Will negotiate/extend offers, work with HR Team and Compensation for approvals and counteroffers (when necessary).


  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Work Experience:

  • High School diploma/degreed or equivalent in CPG industry required.


  • 3+years of direct experience sourcing, recruiting, managing process, and managing key executive relationships.


  • 2+years of experience managing recruiting teams and large volume.


  • 2+years of Applicant Tracking System experience.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Solid knowledge of employment law.


  • Very strong computer skills.


  • Excellent organizational skills.


  • Work well under pressure and high-profile deadlines.


  • Analyze data.


  • Manage highly confidential information.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Extremely detail oriented while also focusing on the big picture.


  • Ability to travel for job fairs and TA functions
