Description & Requirements

Reporting to the COO/CNO, the Manager of Surgical Services at our Nampa hospital is a critical leadership role that will drive innovation, elevate patient outcomes, and lead a highly skilled team delivering life-changing care every day.

St. Luke's Nampa, our 87-bed medical center boasts a fast-paced, complex surgical services environment with a highly skilled team that performs proceduresacross a wide range of specialties including ortho, urology, GYN, breast, podiatry and robotics.

Oversight of the manager role includes:

• 4 Operating Rooms
• 1 Procedure Room
• Preop/PACU
• Endo
• Anesthesia
• Central Sterile

Minimum Requirements:

• BSN
• 5 years' relevant experience

• RN license Idaho
