What you will do

The Manager NA Planning Excellence is a member of the Global Planning Excellence team whose principal accountability is to ensure that the supply planners function efficiently and effectively through driving structural improvements to processes, tools, and systems across the North America region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and continuous improvement of planning initiatives to drive operational excellence, market responsiveness, and supply chain agility across NA Plan
  • Lead cross-functional teams to innovate, implement, and facilitate best-in-class planning and manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and seamless product introduction and scaling
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by integrating cutting-edge technologies, robust quality assurance protocols, and methodologies into planning and manufacturing operations to uphold product standards and regulatory compliance
  • Leverage industry standards to simplify and standardize core Supply business processes while leveraging existing SAP Mercury capabilities and accelerating Advanced Planning systems deployment (Kinaxis)
  • Build, update/maintain, and train Supply Planning Community of Practice across business processes, system, and tools to upskill total organization
  • Communicate strategic business objectives and operational changes clearly to all relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Identify, define, and quantify system and process enhancements with Supply Planning; partner with Digital Solutions and Operation teams on business case, UAT, and implementation
  • Standardize process and tool, deploy and monitor process adherence for KPIs within NA Planning Network improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures by conducting regular audits and employee training.
  • Mentor and develop planning and manufacturing professionals, fostering a high-performance team environment focused on excellence and innovation
  • Partner with LT to determine the scope and resourcing for the changes


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with a concentration in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics preferred; Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
  • A minimum of eight years of related business experience is required with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Project Management is required
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply planning function is required
  • Excellent time management skills and thrive when working on virtual teams and projects with colleagues physically located elsewhere
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills are required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for presentation to all levels of internal customers is required.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP System is required; experience with Kinaxis or similar advanced planning solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or Certification is highly preferred.
  • APICS Certification is preferred.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00
