Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or similar (Preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in planning, purchasing, inventory, or warehousing in a strategic or leadership role
• Proficiency in Material Resource Planning (MRP)
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budget planning, and cost control
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor cross-functional teams
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills for interpreting supply chain metrics

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain including purchasing, production planning, and inventory management.
• Manage the customer service team to ensure efficient handling of inquiries and orders, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Plan and control budgeted expenses within the materials department, managing the annual budgeting process.
• Conduct inventory management activities including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Resolve quality and service issues with vendors to maintain high standards.
• Develop management reports to track performance against plans and issues.
• Facilitate effective communication across functional areas to support corporate strategic goals.
