Reporting to the Director of Material Resource Management, this position provides superior patient/customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest quality care and service. Responsibility for complete P&L of Central Service department. Manages Central Service department, which includes staffing, supplies, instrumentation, equipment, and departmental policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in central services/sterile processing at a facility of similar size and operational scope.
  • 1 year management experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Related healthcare field within 6 years of tenure as department manager or,
  • Master's Degree in Related healthcare field within 6 years of tenure as department manager.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
