Full Job Description
Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Finance to join our Finance team in Hanover, PA. This role will help shape plant-level decisions with data, insight, and partnership.

The Manager, Supply Chain Finance will lead finance partnership for our manufacturing supply chain. They will work side-by-side with plant leaders to translate operational data into dashboards, recommendations, and cost-saving actions. This position will own and enhance standard costing, improve forecast accuracy, and develop a team that delivers best-in-class analytics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Partner with plant and Supply Chain leaders to build dashboards that track performance and drive decisions.
  • Spot productivity and cost-savings opportunities, quantify the impact, and help convert ideas into results.
  • Lead annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting for Supply Chain, raising accuracy and visibility.
  • Own the standard costing environment (item formulas and routings) and evaluate manufacturing costs for new items.
  • Strengthen inventory controls with Operations-investigate variances, resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.
  • Explain performance through root-cause analysis of P&L drivers (overhead, labor, and materials) and recommend actions.
  • Turn daily production activity into month-end insights; support close with accruals and timely reconciliations.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and business support to leaders as priorities shift.
  • Coach and develop the Supply Chain Finance team to build an analytics-forward, high-performing function.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 6+ years of progressive finance/business experience supporting Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment (people leadership preferred).
  • Working knowledge of accounting standards and Supply Chain processes, including standard costing environments.
  • Able to influence across levels and drive continuous improvement through strong partnership.
  • Advanced analytical and forecasting skills, including building and interpreting complex models.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications; comfortable learning ERP and BI tools quickly.
  • Highly organized and dependable with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Clear communicator who can tell the story behind the numbers and recommend action.
