The Role:

Our site in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking an energetic, seasoned Supply Chain Manager to plan and continuously improve the Distribution Planning to world-class capability. The ideal candidate will have a track record of Planning within ERP systems with managerial and cross-functional skill sets needed to move Entegris to a World-Class Planning environment. This role will effectively partner with others in a cross-cultural organization as well as leverage analytical skills to solve problems. This opportunity allows high-level visibility, direct impact on the bottom line, and participation in a dynamic team in a high-tech, growing global organization where individual success is recognized and rewarded. This position reports to the Site Director.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead/execute supply planning at Hillsboro site.


  • Develop and standardize process flows/SOPs.


  • Assist in monthly inventory results & annually inventory cycle count.


  • Excess & dead inventory management.


  • Lead a cross-functional team in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.


  • Serve as a leader, inspire & motivate project teams, manage stakeholders, change agent and deliver results.


  • Planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific tasks.


  • Provide regular progress updates to the management team and proactively mitigate risks with team members on a critical path.


  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop process maps, training documentation, and standard work.


  • Manage a complex end-to-end global supply chain for a focused product set.


  • Deploy effective use of SAP/MES parameters that support supply chain fulfillment.


  • Orchestrate and maintain synchronization of various states of supply across the chain.


  • Track, monitor, and expedite units by serial number throughout the supply chain.


  • Serve as the sales/customer service point of contact for supply commitments.


  • Reconcile any physical to logical integrity gaps associated with material flow.


  • Drive resolution momentum for late orders / missed schedules and commitments throughout the material flow.


  • Facilitate expanded SAP use and deployment of systemic processes.


  • Optimize the distribution network process to streamline signals to factories on customers/ distribution center requirements with the right service level.


  • Support/guide inventory optimization for safety stock levels to filtration business at KSP.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve the potential stock-out situations at the customer front or distribution center.


  • Coordinate / negotiate supply commit dates that adequately satisfy distribution center requirements/stocking level requirements.


  • Work directly with Logistics and 3PLs to maintain shipping schedules to maintain appropriate inventory levels.


  • Manage Intercompany orders while meeting SOX compliance.


  • Develop and maintain leading and lagging performance metrics, conduct root cause analyses and develop appropriate action plans.


  • Develop and incorporate business processes and responsibilities to drive operational excellence.


  • Develop a highly capable team through coaching, development, and firm performance management.


  • Seek and drive continuous improvement opportunities to drive agility in operation and value-added processes.


What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in factory supply planning or manufacturing, preferably in a fast- paced and dynamic environment with at least 2 years in a manager/supervisor role.


  • Demonstrated/proven leadership in managing people and transformation projects in a complex or international manufacturing supply chain.


  • Experience within a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenges afforded by a rapidly changing marketplace.


  • A passion for winning as a team, achieving results and a desire for continued success in a growth environment.


  • Communication skills, works well in a team environment, and adheres to high ethical standards.


  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and change management capacity.


  • Well versed in SAP, Microsoft, and analytical database.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.


  • A strong background in ERP/Planning Systems with demonstrated results in improving on-time shipments and improving team performance and culture.


  • High degree of competency with statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and data analytics methods (e.g., SQL).


  • Experience implementing and supporting automation solutions in a manufacturing setting.


  • A hands-on leadership style with a proven track record of fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
