Position Summary...
The Manager, Supplier Contract Management leads the continuous improvement and operational excellence of supplier contracts by applying advanced process automation and data management methodologies. This role drives efficiency through root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance while collaborating cross-functionally to standardize workflows and enhance supplier relationships. The position requires strategic oversight of contract financial transactions, budget tracking, and project coordination to ensure alignment with business objectives. By fostering innovation and maintaining rigorous controls, the manager supports seamless operations and delivers measurable improvements in supplier performance and organizational outcomes.

What you'll do...
  • Lead supplier contract financial management transactions and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Manage data integrity across contract and procurement systems, maintaining accurate and consistent records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues and support seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain controls for contract process workflows, monitoring performance against service-level agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and change management methodologies.


What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in supplier relationship management with strong knowledge of Marketing and Advertising industry.
  • Experience in both brand Marketing and Agency contracts and financial transaction processes.
  • Proficiency in data management, data privacy, and system integration to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience applying root cause analysis and business process automation to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective workflows, documentation, and controls to support contract, purchase order and invoice management.
  • Experience managing projects, change management, and risk mitigation while maintaining service excellence and stakeholder engagement including cross-functional leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
