Job Summary:PayPal World is a new innovative platform that connects digital wallets across the world. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager of Strategy and Operations to drive the business operations functions for PayPal World. In this high-impact role, you will drive strategic initiatives, establish governance frameworks and operational excellence that enables PayPal World to scale with confidence and clarity. As a key partner to the PayPal World leadership team, you'll translate vision into operational delivery and serve as a trusted advisor across all functional areas.

Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
Primary Location | Pay Range:New York City, New York | ($129,500.00 - $191,950.00 Annually)
Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:San Jose, California | ($129,500.00 - $191,950.00 Annually)
Chicago, Illinois | ($117,500.00 - $174,350.00 Annually)
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
