Work You'll DoAs a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Customer Strategy & Design team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading product strategy engagements by defining vision, goals, and roadmaps that align user needs, business priorities, and technology capabilities
- Conducting and applying human-centered design research to validate product ideas, shape priorities, and inform strategic decisions
- Translating product strategy into delivery plans, including backlog structure, user stories, process flows, and development-ready requirements
- Serving as a primary client point of contact, guiding executive communications, and driving alignment across stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery teams
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across design, research, technology, and business functions to support delivery, resolve complexity, and improve ways of working

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience defining product vision, product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs for digital products or services
- 4+ years of experience conducting human-centered design research and translating findings into product decisions
- 1+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams that include designers, researchers, developers, and business stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience translating strategy into delivery plans, user stories, process flows, and development-ready requirements
- 1+ years of experience serving as a primary client point of contact and driving product decisions across workstreams
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
- Experience aligning product strategy to organizational goals, user research, and technology capabilities
- Experience prioritizing product decisions across desirability, viability, and feasibility
- Experience reviewing design concepts, process flows, and user stories for client readiness and development readiness
- Experience with executive-level stakeholder communications and decision-making
- Experience in strategy, growth, and transformation engagements

This compensation range is specific to Illinois and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 - $265,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
