Full Job Description
Translate strategic intent into actionable capabilities by enabling alignment, execution, and integration of strategic priorities. To ensure that strategy is understood and embedded in operational rhythms, decision-making and track strategic KPIs. Key Functions of the role include : • Develop/reference frameworks to facilitate strategic priority setting and translate strategy into business priorities. Support the initial scoping and documentation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities. • Guide the business leader on aligning initiatives to strategic goals. • Identify competitive enablers to recommend strategic interventions, and assess internal capabilities and market dynamics to inform strategic positioning. • Contribute to the development of flexible operating models and client value propositions ensuring that the organisation remains agile, client-centric, and future-ready. • Incorporate best practices into strategy execution and advise on innovations that enhance strategic delivery and organisational agility. • Guide teams on risk frameworks and embed practices into execution (playbook) and implement controls and metrics to proactively manage operational risks.
