Position Overview
The Marketing Research Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of research initiatives that inform strategic marketing decisions. This role manages a team of analysts and specialists, oversees complex projects, and ensures insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives. The Manager acts as a key partner to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to deliver outstanding service and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop annual research plans aligned with marketing and business strategies.
  • Prioritize projects based on impact and resource availability.
  • Lead large-scale research initiatives, ensuring methodological rigor and timely delivery.
  • Oversee survey design, sampling, data collection, and analysis processes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations and reports that influence strategic decisions.
  • Manage research budgets and negotiate contracts with external vendors.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and quality in outsourced research projects.
  • Implement best practices and new technologies to enhance research capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows and data quality.
  • Provide training, support, and development opportunities to team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.

While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.

Base Salary Range
$115,000.00 - $145,350.00

The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
