OverviewThis position is responsible for leading financial structuring and analysis. Work duties include the continuous development and implementation of project finance structures, including tax equity and debt partnerships for Solect's expanding portfolio of commercial and industrial solar and energy storage projects.
Identify and quantify investment drivers and ensure internal models accurately predict project valuation. Develop and deliver internal and external investment presentations and briefs. Provide substantial transaction support throughout financing processes, including investor due diligence, investor data rooms, contributing to third-party consultant reports, and coordinating with the internal team on key project issues. Formulate strategies for cross-functional tool development and data management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience, including transaction work beyond valuation and modeling.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of relevant financial and mathematical modeling techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the talent to express ideas clearly and fluently. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and individual work ethic are both valued.
The expected starting pay range for this role is $111,000 - $138,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
