Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a detail-oriented Keynote Program Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of our World Forum global keynote program, along with other keynote programs throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for keynote experiences, a strong background in event production, is highly organized, and has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in creating memorable keynote experiences that reflect our brand and engage our global audience.

What you get to do in this role:
  • Develop production best practices and playbooks to ensure a consistent keynote production experience across the 11+ city, multi-geo World Forum program.
  • Collaborate with the brand, content, keynote, and creative teams to ensure a high quality, repeatable keynote experience.
  • Oversee end-to-end keynote program management and production, including vendor management, scenic design, attendee experience, and logistics.
  • Own the keynote program project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead the execution and implementation of project timelines, milestone tracking, speaker readiness, rehearsals, and the successful delivery of the World Forum keynote program.
  • Bring clarity to the overall keynote process - act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners during the event planning and execution phases.
  • Overall communication with key stakeholders including the Strategic Events Team, product marketing, corporate brand, senior management and others to aid in the execution of our keynote program.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, managing relationships to maintain high quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on other keynote projects within the Strategic Events portfolio.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:
  • Proven production talent with extensive experience managing keynote programs and working directly with executive leadership.
  • Skilled project manager with demonstrated experience managing large scale events.
  • Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, track projects and meet urgent deadlines.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization - including ServiceNow executives and their offices.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a learner's mindset: You're staying current on AI's role in event production and events. You ask smart questions and aren't intimidated by emerging tools or technologies that might change how we work.
  • 30-40% Travel required.


JV19

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,300 - $179,000 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
