Detail-oriented professional supporting investigations, litigation workflows, and Talent legal operations, while driving process improvements and AI-enabled ways of working.

What will your typical day look like?

This role is focused on driving end-to-end employment-related investigations, disputes, and compliance activities while improving operational effectiveness. On any given day, you would triage new matters such as demand letters, litigation files, or employee relations issues, assess risk using your knowledge of employment legislation, and coordinate across internal stakeholders and external counsel. A significant portion of the work involves conducting and helping with investigations-planning interviews, gathering and analyzing evidence, and drafting clear, well-documented reports and communications. You would also help manage litigation workflows by organizing case materials, supporting strategy development, overseeing document production, and ensuring deadlines and litigation holds are met.

Alongside casework, the role includes maintaining trackers, managing key dates, and supporting settlement documentation, while contributing to broader compliance and policy initiatives through research and drafting. A typical day also involves identifying trends across issues, generating insights to inform preventative strategies, and leveraging AI tools to draft responses and improve efficiency. You would play a key role in maintaining templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources, ensuring work is consistent, data-driven, and continuously improving from both a risk and operational perspective.
