What you'll do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced.   • Provide strategic and people leadership for the Revenue Integrity and PNR Automation team, driving initiatives that protect revenue, prevent fraud, and enhance operational efficiency across the enterprise.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, mitigate, and prevent revenue leakage, inventory abuse, and fraudulent booking activity while balancing commercial objectives and the customer experience.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from business case development through implementation, delivering scalable solutions to critical business challenges.
  • Establish the long-term strategy and roadmap for revenue integrity and automation capabilities, aligning technology investments, operational needs, and emerging business risks.
  • Direct the performance and continuous improvement of business-critical systems, automations, and processes that support millions of passenger records and transactions annually.
  • Partner with Revenue Management, IT, Cybersecurity, Distribution, Reservations, Airports, Loyalty, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decisions, and deliver business results.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate performance, quantify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions that strengthen revenue protection and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by fostering accountability, building technical and leadership capabilities, and creating opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex business and technical challenges into actionable strategies that deliver measurable enterprise impact.


All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, economics, finance, operations research, business, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent training and experience.
  • 7 years of relevant professional experience in revenue management, analytics, technology, fraud prevention, automation, product management, airline operations, or a related field.
  • Experience directly or indirectly leading teams and developing employees.

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Master's degree in business, analytics, engineering, computer science, operations research, or another related discipline.
  • Experience directly managing a large or technically diverse team.
  • Experience in airline Revenue Management, Distribution, Revenue Integrity, Fraud Prevention, Reservations, PNR processing, Inventory Management, or airline operations.
  • Experience partnering with IT teams to design, test, implement, and support technology solutions.
  • Experience managing high-visibility initiatives involving senior leaders, external partners, or enterprise-wide stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation, inventory, ticketing, availability, or distribution processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess risks, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and manage competing priorities from concept through implementation.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts, analytical findings, and operational risks into clear business recommendations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across functions.
  • Knowledge of automation, software development, data platforms, and technical product delivery, including familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solutions that strengthen controls, protect revenue, and improve operational performance and customer experience.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, navigate ambiguity, and make effective decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
